Marketing for beginners

Marketing is the business engine. Developing an awareness of marketing is important because ultimately all team members have a role to play in implementing marketing strategies and ensuring their success. The workshop introduces attendees to the important role played by marketing in business success and in creating value for and relationships with customers. The workshop also covers simple but effective tools which can inform and aid marketing decisions. Armed with these tools and a better understanding of their own products and services, attendees can ensure they can anticipate, meet and even exceed the needs of internal and external customers.

Sales team members, marketing officers, team members who liaise with marketing departments, entrepreneurs and small business owners
