Safety and health at work
This workshop explains the basics of safety and health at work to a range of employees. It provides participants with a clear understanding of Safety and Health at work which in turns helps them through collaboration to resolve common health and safety issues. Injuries and accidents are hence avoided leading to higher morale, greater team work and greater productivity.
The programme also aims for a better understanding of the employer’s responsibilities to avoid human sufferings, contraventions and huge fines. The knowledge shared in this workshop can contribute to putting your company ahead on the road to becoming an employer of choice.
Target Audience: The course is meant for managers, newly appointed Safety and Health Officers, supervisors, team leaders and representatives of the Safety and Health Committee. line managers, HR Managers, HR coordinators, supervisors, team leaders, foremen and the Safety and Health Committee members
