Maintaining life work balance when working from home

One of the challenges of working from home is that the boundaries between work and home tend to be more blurred. It is hence tempting to ignore, at one’s own peril, that work and home are still quite distinct spaces.  Keeping this distinction while achieving work performance can be a challenge. The aim of this online workshop is to allow participants to explore the impact of remote working on their personal lives. The dangers of not establishing clear boundaries between work and life and the potential threats to mental health and general well-being will be examined. On the other hand, the need for productivity and efficiency while working from home will be examined. The participants will be able to gain tools and techniques which they can use to ensure that the balance between work and life is maintained.
